Nice base !!

Vilseck , Germany

We have been here in Vilseck , Germany for about a year now. And so far it is really a nice place. Pretty much everything is right here easy for you to get to. We have a nice Px and shoppette thats open 24hrs. The weather is nice it does get hot for a few weeks. Most of the housing is really great here. And just like anywhere you have some friendly people and some not so friendly people. I've been to 4 other bases here in Germany and I have to say I think Vilseck is the best I've seen so far. Theres some crystal shops not to far away and ITR offers great trips for you to go on. And we have a lake here that you can go paddle boating on or ice skating. Also been at Fort Carson which is nice also. And Fort Hood which isn't bad if you like hot weather and lots of people.
