Could be better

Tinker AFB, OK

Well where to start with this place? The weather here is nice during the fall but other than that it is crappy. We have alot of tornadoes and they are usually big and bad. As far as the schools in OK they aren't very good either..the kids are bringing the teacher supplies to use during the year because the state cant fund it. The base is nice and pretty big but PARKING here is nuts..never seen anything like it in my life. You walk a mile no matter what. We are getting a new commissary so that will be nice and we have a new BX that is fairly big and nice..I was shocked to see that noone wrote in about Tinker, but then again we have alot of old people that dont really care where they are. So if you are coming here check into first..
